  My family has lived at these apartments for over a year now and I can say with confidence this is the best apartment community we have ever lived in. I have a child on the Autism spectrum that is very social. Even though the office can be pretty busy at times, Alicia and Gabrielle never make my son feel like he is inconveniencing them when he wants to pop in to say hello or ask about their day. Gabrielle has even gone above and beyond to reward my son with Pokémon cards, a special interest of his, for having a great week at school. They give true meaning to the word COMMUNITY. But it doesn’t stop there. When we have a maintenance issue, Chad is always on it. My son is very curious and fascinated with repairs and tools which can sometimes cause interference but Chad never makes my son feel like a bother. He’ll explain what he’s doing or what tool he’s using. And if there is any delay such as needing to order a part or waiting to hear back from a third party, someone always makes sure to call us to keep us informed. We could go on and on about Blvd 45. It’s a safe area for those with families. Very convenient for highway, stores and activities. And most importantly, they make you feel like you’re part of a true neighborhood. We’ve renewed our lease from our original year to 18 months and will continue to do so until we get into a house. 10/10 recommend.

  My wife and I have lived in a few apartments over the years with moving around and I have to say this was our best experience. The community is immaculate, and the apartments are gorgeous. On top of all that the maintenance team and the leasing agents are the nicest and most helpful people from any apartment community I’ve lived in. The location of the complex is also very conveniently located next to all the shopping you could ever need. If we didn’t need a backyard for our dogs we would’ve stayed and would definitely recommend anyone to live here!

  I’ve been here in this beautiful apartment for a month now and I gotta say it’s a great place to live! aside from the great location both exterior and interior are aesthetically great. The leasing staff Gabby, Alicia and Courtney are extremely helpful so my moved in was smooth. They’re also quick and happy to help for any other concerns. The maintenance staff Chaz put his extra effort to fix something in the bathroom when I had an issue. I feel really happy and comfortable in this place.

  i absolutely love blvd 45! office management is always so kind and super helpful. maintenance is always kind and respectful. i have lived here for 11 months and the only thing i didn’t like was no elevators, but i knew that coming in.

  I recommend ANYONE who likes peaceful community to stay here.My wife and I spent our last 12 months in these apartments and let me tell you, it was stellar all around. Alicia and Gabrielle were both compassionate and supportive, and take every circumstance with understanding and with kindness. Maintenance was very friendly and helpful, And Units are well maintained for pests. By far best place to call home in VA Beach.
