We just recently used Sea Pointe Design & Remodel and completed a six-month remodel of our entire home. A complete kitchen remodel that included the relocation of all kitchen appliances. All bathrooms, living room, dining room, bar area and laundry room etc.
The project started with the design process. Our designer was Jacqueline Fortezzo, who was just incredible to work with. I can’t imagine any other designer in the entire industry that could possibly be better in their specific field than Jacqueline. She stayed with us from the design period until the completion of the project, including the final walkthrough.
Jim Mathews was our project manager. Jim also did an incredible job. The communication between Jim and my wife and I was impeccable. Jim’s team was also a pleasure to have in our home, as they were all very polite and their craftsmanship was second to none. We can’t imagine the headache we would have had with such a large project if we did not choose Sea Pointe.

From the beginning with Janna designing my awkward space to a beautiful bathroom, Jennie helping pick the fixtures to Pat & Benjamin preparing the space along with Jack & Erik, it is very functional for my mom and at the same time very spa like and relaxing for me.

Mike, Dane and the crew at Seapointe were beyond exceptional. Our kitchen remodel went so smoothly, and the results were exactly what we had in mind. Eddie was an especial standout, answering my questions and taking care of every little thing. Our approach to the Design Phase of a Whole Home Remodel includes working with full dedicated teams including a Designer, Architect, Engineer, and Planning teams. At Sea Pointe, we design your space plans to your priorities and tailor your design to your wants and needs that fit your everyday lifestyle. After our Designer looks at your physical space at the initial complimentary consultation, you are then welcome to our design showroom located in Irvine for a second meeting, where we will kick off your Design Phase. During this meeting, you will be presented with a ballpark range of cost for the overall project and after choosing to move forward, you will pay a Design Fee to begin the design process.
This is when the FUN begins! Next, during your design meetings, your dedicated Designer will guide you through the process of structural options of your new space, if the Whole Home Remodel includes any structural changes. Or if there are no structural changes, you will proceed to select your desired cabinetry, countertops, backsplash tile, flooring, and fixtures. Our Designers at Sea Pointe are experts in material selection and will show you the most effective materials for each space, as certain materials are better used indoors versus outdoors, or tile that is okay to use in your showers, etc. At the end of the day, the decision on your materials is yours!
